About the Captain:

Ryan Hamlin is a certified scuba instructor through SDI/TDI diving agency and can teach scuba diving courses that range from open water  up to intro to tech. He has received certification for:

What are the rates?

It would depend on how long and how far the boat has to go. There is standard half day (4 hrs) rate and full day (8 hrs) rate. You will have to contact LTD to find out more about prices and where you may want to go.
